Founded in 2012, ClearlySoAngels is a private members’ organization, managed by Europe’s leading impact investment bank ClearlySo, for high-net-worth individual investors dedicated to investing with an impact lens.

We serve as ClearlySoAngels’ sole legal counsel. We provide legal trainings for the individual angel investors, answer questions from ClearlySoAngels regarding investment structures, and provide ad-hoc legal support for any questions that ClearlySoAngels or the individual angels investors may have.
