It is our goal to map 80% of our CSR efforts to these three focus areas by the end of 2020, and to be able to demonstrate the collective impact we’ve had on society as a firm. In 2018, two years ahead of schedule, we surpassed that goal by mapping 82% of our giving to our focus areas.

GivingTuesday, held on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, is a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage giving and to celebrate generosity worldwide. On GivingTuesday Paul Hastings, along with millions of people across the globe (almost 60 countries), mobilizes to show up, give back, and change our communities. We hope to create a massive wave of generosity that lasts well beyond that day, and touches every person on the planet.
On May 5, 2020, Paul Hastings joined #GivingTuesdayNow, an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19. The day brought millions of people together to express their generosity through acts of kindness, donations of goods, time and money, notes of compassion, advocacy for causes, and care for family and friends. People from over 145 countries came together to present a united front of hope, generosity and kindness in a time when many are facing challenges due to the pandemic.
